Project workflow for contract bag manufacturing

We understand that launching a new product requires clarity, transparency, and absolute reliability. That's why we offer a project workflow for contract bag manufacturing that guarantees your idea will be brought to life with maximum accuracy, quality, and on schedule. Our workflow is oriented to the full cycle of work — from your vision to the finished production batch — including all necessary additions.

Stage №1
Your vision – the foundation of the project

If you have a clear idea of the desired product, you provide us with a detailed technical specification (TS). It should include:
Model description (bag type, dimensions, shape).
Material requirements (type of leather, textiles, hardware).
Construction features (number of compartments, pockets, type of fastenings).
Sketches or drawings.
Color schemes.
Special requests (for example, branding, type of lining).
If you have a physical sample that you want to reproduce or refine, we accept it as well. This allows us to capture all design, construction, and workmanship details as accurately as possible.

Stage №2
Order analysis and decision-making

After receiving your TS and sample, our specialists (technologists and designers) study all requirements in detail.
We assess the complexity of the project, the possibility of sourcing the required materials and hardware, production lead times, and the potential cost price.
At this stage we will ask you clarifying questions to fully understand the task.
Based on the analysis, we make a decision about the feasibility of implementing your project. We are always honest and transparent — if we see that the project cannot be completed, we will inform you.
If the task matches our capabilities and standards, we proceed to the next stage.

Stage №3
Legal formalization of the order

We enter into an official agreement with you for the provision of contract manufacturing services. The contract clearly specifies:

Subject of the agreement (manufacture of specific bag models according to your TS).
Technical requirements and specifications.
Cost of services.
Deadlines for prototype development and mass production.
Payment terms.
Quality guarantees.
Acceptance procedure.
Confidentiality terms.

Stage №4
Prototype creation

Based on the contract we issue an invoice for the development and production of samples. The sample cost usually includes the cost of materials, pattern development, sewing, technologist work, and logistics.
After receiving the payment we begin creating the first sample of your future bag. We apply all our knowledge and experience to realize your vision as accurately as possible.

Stage №5
Prototype review and mass production

We send you the finished prototype for detailed review.
You evaluate appearance, workmanship quality, and compliance with all TS details.
If the prototype fully meets your expectations, you confirm the start of mass production.
If any changes are required, we make them, produce a revised sample and present it to you for approval again. This process may repeat until you are completely satisfied.

Stage №6
Start of mass production

After final approval of the prototype we issue an invoice for the production run. The cost depends on model complexity, selected materials, order volume, and additional services.
After receiving payment we launch full-scale production of your batch of bags, strictly following the TS and our quality standards.

Note: The cost of the first production batch will include the production of cutting dies, which will be stored at the factory for further production of your bags.

Stage №7
Additional services

We strive to make the production process as simple and transparent for you as possible by offering a full range of additional services:

Packing: design and production of custom packaging (boxes, dust bags, bags) with your branding.
Labels: production and attachment of branded labels, tags, sewn-in labels, etc.
Logistics: organization of delivery of finished products to the address you specify — both within China and internationally.
Certification: assistance in preparing the necessary documents and certificates of conformity with legal requirements.
Full support during customs clearance procedures.
