When you are looking for production capabilities in China, you are not just looking for "machines". You are looking for security, understanding, and honesty. Our company grew not out of a business plan on a napkin, but out of a long-standing friendship, hundreds of cups of tea drunk in Guangzhou, and a deep understanding of how Chinese industrial sites really work.
1. Two worlds — one goal
My name is Vladimir. My relationship with China began in 2001. During this time, I have seen it all: the ups and downs of markets, changes in logistics routes, and the evolution of Chinese industry. But my main asset over these years has become not capital, but people.
My partner and close friend in China is named Boris. He is Chinese, speaks Russian, and is a person whose name is known to everyone in Guangzhou who has ever held a sewing needle. Boris has been engaged in the production of bags and backpacks for over 35 years. Imagine: when global brands were just starting to think about moving their capacities to Asia, Boris was already setting up his first production lines.
2. The "Union Boss" from Guangzhou: why is this important for you?
Over 35 years of work, Boris has become a kind of "trade union leader" in China's largest manufacturing cluster. In his orbit, there are dozens of factories: from small manufactories with hand sewing of exotic leather to giant workshops producing millions of backpacks.
What is your advantage:
- Priority: Thanks to Boris's authority, our orders are executed first.
- Best equipment: We get access to top craftsmen and machines that are usually occupied by major global brands.
- Jewelry distribution: We give complex "exotics" to chamber ateliers, and highly technological sports to factories with laser cutting.
3. The epicenter of global production
Our office and main base are located in Guangzhou. This is the heart of the world's haberdashery, where everything is concentrated within a radius of a few kilometers Jensen:
- Hardware markets: Zippers, carabiners, and eyelets of any level - from budget to luxury.
- Raw material base: Tanneries, warehouses for fabrics, threads, and specialized seals.
- Italian design: Boris collaborates with Italian designers living in Guangzhou, which allows us to integrate European aesthetics into your projects.
4. A bridge between China and the world
In 2018, we combined our resources to relieve the customer of all "headaches". Our structure works in two contours:
- For international clients: Negotiations, legal support, transparent payments, logistics, and certification assistance.
- In China: Full production control - from the development of the first prototype and material selection to final packaging and branding.
5. Production figures: about production and volumes
We are manufacturers, and we understand the economics of every stitch. Our capacities are customized for different tasks:
- Premium segment (exotic leather): We work from 30 units. Sewing from a crocodile or a monitor lizard is piecework, jewelry labor.
- Mass market (textiles, eco-leather): Batches from 1000 units. This is the minimum volume that allows buying raw materials at wholesale prices and making logistics profitable for you.
Our mission
We created the "Bag Factory" so that production in China becomes as transparent and reliable for you as if the workshop was in the next building. We speak the same language as the customer, and the same language as the craftsman in China.
If you are looking for partners for whom reputation and personal friendships are more important than momentary profit — welcome. We know everything about bags!
