Step 1: Concept and Technical Assignment — Setting the Right Course

It all starts with your vision. We know that you may have a ready-made sketch, a sample, a photo of a bag you liked, or even just an idea in your head. Our task is to help you realize this vision into precise production instructions.

What we expect from you:

Visual representation: layout, sample, sketch, photo, drawing. The more detailed, the better.
Materials: if you have preferences for fabrics or accessories, please indicate. If not — we will select the optimal options.
Functionality: description of compartments, sizes, and expected loads.
Branding: logos, tags, packaging, and application method (embossing, embroidery, etc.).

Our role:

Consultation: we structure the idea and evaluate technical possibilities.
Creating TA: we form a document understandable to the masters at the factory.
Estimation: calculation of complexity, deadlines, and cost.
Legal basis: we conclude an agency agreement to protect your interests.

Step 2: Prototyping — From Layout to Reality

This is one of the most exciting stages, when your idea takes on physical form.

Manual assembly: creating the first prototype according to your TA.
Constant communication: photo and video reports on materials and accessories in the process.
Adjustments: rapid introduction of changes into the design at the sample stage.
Sample delivery: sending the prototype to you for your final evaluation.

Financial aspect: creating a sample is paid separately according to the agreement. If you decide not to proceed with further production, the prototype and the experience gained remain with you.

Step 3: Final Approval and Launch of Production

After receiving and approving the samples, we move to the most important part - launching mass production.

Final calculation: forming the total cost of the batch based on the approved sample.
Contract for the batch: fixing price, quantity, deadlines, and warranty obligations.
Starting production: the factory begins fulfilling the order strictly according to the reference standard.

Step 4: Shipment and Inspection - Quality Control at the Finish

Even at the stage of mass production, we do not lose control.

Intermediate control: reports on production progress.
Final check: inspection of the finished batch for compliance with the TA before shipment.
Packaging: check of branded and transport packaging.
Logistics in China: delivery of products to the consolidation warehouse.

Step 5: Delivery, Customs, and Certification - Full Cycle "Turnkey"

This is where our international expertise comes into play.

Route selection: selection of the optimal delivery method (sea, rail, road).
Customs clearance: full support of the process by our broker.
Certification: organization of obtaining necessary declarations of conformity.
Delivery to the client: handover of goods directly to your warehouse.
